Heating Stage - Nano-R™ SPM

 

The heating stage option for the Nano-R™ SPM utilizes the commercially available heating stage from MMR (www.mmr.com). The stage uses a resistive heating element to heat the stage. Temperature at the stage is monitored with a thermocouple, and the temperature is controlled with an MMR model JP-21 unit. The heating stage option is mounted directly on the Nano-R™ sample puck.
