MRS Meeting
Pacific Nanotechnology will be attending the MRS meeting in Boston from November 26-30. At the show the Nano-DST research atomic force microscope will be demonstrated daily in the exhibitors hall.
Nano-IM 6X6 is optimized for product development and quality control. This AFM can be purchased with many sized sample holders to accommodate discs and wafers as large as 12 inches in diameter.
Each month Pacific Nanotechnology posts an AFM image on its web site. A prize will be awarded to the person that is able to correctly identify the sample used to create the AFM image. The prize this month is an iPod nano.
