Pacific Scanning Provides SPM Data System for IMRE Project
Pasadena, October 3, 1998 -- Pacific Scanning of Pasadena, California received
orders for several PScan2™ electronic controllers from the Institute of
Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE), Singapore. These systems will
be used for developing one of the world first multiple probe SPM systems.
PScan2™ controllers were selected for the IMRE project because of the
unique network based architecture which allows simultaneous control of many
SPM heads from a single Master computer.
