Signal Access Console (SAC)

The signal access console is an option for the Pscan2™ SPM controller as well as AFM systems sold by Pacific Nanotechnology. It is used for accessing the electronic signals in the controller as well as inputting signals into the controller. Applications for the SAC include system monitoring and the development of new AFM systems.

The signal access module option includes a box with BNC connections, illustrated in the Figure 1. Also included in the SAC option are the cables, and a manual required to use the option.

The console is connected to the Pscan2™ SPM controller with the included 60 line cable. Connectors are provided so that the SAC can be used with a Pacific Nanotechnology stage.
